It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the US can take 2-8 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and you can track the progress of your order through the Shop app.

We use UPS to ship all products within the United States. You may choose to ship your order via USPS, which can take 2-8 business days. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How are the Healing Crystals Made?

Healing crystals are naturally occurring minerals that form over long periods of time deep within the Earth. Once extracted, the large crystals are cut into smaller, more manageable chunks. They are then shaped into round, coin-sized discs, sanded, then polished to achieve a smooth finish.

Can I Order Extra Bands or Crystals for my Lionswave?

Yes!  Simply go to the Cart page on the Website to place your order. Extra Sport bands are available in 10 different colors to show your support for your cause or community. You can also order extra crystals here and insert into your Lionswave. 

Will the Lionswave Locket Fit on Both Sport and Leather Bands?

Yes!  The specially designed "teeth" on the Lionswave allow either band to fit snuggly with the crystal inside.

What if the Infinity Clasp on my Lionswave Becomes Loose Over Time?

No problem, just pinch the center part together with needle nose pliers while the locket is attached to the Leather or Sport band.
