Return Policy
REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To submit a return request:
Click the profile icon at the top menu of the website or go to the Refund Policy at the bottom of the page, and then request a return:
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order for which you want to submit the return.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit Request.”
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a return shipping label (for your convenience). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use a different carrier to return your package, we recommend using a shipping method that provides package tracking, so you can check the delivery status of your return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and enclose the RMA email inside the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please send returns to:
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days, less the cost of return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at info@lionswave.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
